LAB-MOVIE visits Halong University

On 25 July 2023 a delegation of Hanoi University participated in a meeting at Halong University in North East of Vietnam with  the aim  to make the project known to other universities located in different areas of Vietnam. Attending the meeting, on behalf of Hanoi University, there were Ms. Dang Thi Phuong Thao - Director of the Italian Center for Culture - Language and Cooperation Development (Itacentro), Coordinator of projects under the Erasmus+ Fund; Mr Nguyen Hoang Duong, Vice director of IT and communication centre, and Ms Nguyen Thi Anh Tuyet, Head of Italian Language Division.

On the side of Ha Long University, there was Dr. Phan Thi Hue – Vice Principal; Associate Professor, PhD. Pham Quy Giang – Head of International Cooperation and Scientific Management Department; Representatives of the Department of Training and the departments of Foreign Languages, Tourism, Arts, Information Technology, and lecturers of the Department of Environment.

Lab Movie project and results have been presented to professors and representatives of Halong University. Then a working session took place between Universities representatives to discuss the possibility of cooperation on international projects under the Erasmus+ program.

The implementation of these projects promises to contribute to improving training and scientific research capacity for Vietnamese universities and can also represent a bridge for officials, lecturers and students to participate in training and cultural exchange programs at universities in Europe. The two sides agreed to coordinate closely to effectively implement ongoing projects, and at the same time actively and proactively seek cooperation opportunities in the next projects.
